Technicial Specifications
1. The training set should have a 40*40 sigma aluminum profile body.
2. There should be aluminum matrix composite panel body cladding with a wall thickness of at least 4 mm.
3. The front panel must be of compact laminate material with a wall thickness of at least 6mm.
4. The training set (mobilized) should be movable.
5. Emergency button must be resistant up to 220V AC and 4 amps.
6. Main switch should be 220V AC, operating current should be maximum 20 A.
7. The power cable must be a TTR cable. It has 3*1.5 mm cross-section dimensions and at least 3 m. must have length.
8. Residual current protection switch must be 220V AC and protection current must be 30mA.
9. All connections must be made with a 4mm protected born jack.
10. It should be a 12V 45-60 Ah battery.
11. For the simulation of the alternator system, there must be at least 1 kW asynchronous motor.
12. At the bottom of the training set, there should be a protection cabinet where the alternator, starter motor and battery are located.
13. Training documents (Connection cables, Turkish test sheet) should be given together with the training set.
