GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This training set is designed to support the theoretical topics and calculations covered in Heat Exchangers and Heat Transfer courses in colleges and faculties with applications. 8 experiments can be performed with 4 different heat exchangers and 7 different methods. Each heat exchange point can be controlled with heat sensors and thermometers.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Experiments are carried out with 7 different methods with 4 types of heat exchangers. Heat exchangers; surface tube type, concentric tube, fan coil and plate heat exchanger. The installation fluid can be directed to the desired heat exchanger via valves, and the fluid direction can be changed. Heat is produced by the 2kW resistor in the heater tank. The input and output temperature of the system where heat is produced and transferred is measured by sensors.
