GENEL AÇIKLAMA
Bu eğitim seti; akışkanlar mekaniği, akım makineleri, pompalar-kompresörler gibi derslerin uygulamalarında kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Bu set ile santrifüj pompaların verim, özgül hız, ENPKY gibi temel kavramları, pompa performans eğrilerinin nasıl oluştuğu ve nasıl yorumlandığı kolayca kavranabilir.
ÇALIŞMA PRENSİBİ
Deney düzeneği tank, su dolaşımını sağlayan boru sistemi ve küçük ölçekli bir santrifüj pompadan oluşmaktadır. Santrifüj pompa bir elektrik motoru tarafından tahrik edilmekte, pompaya su girişi bir akış kontrol vanası ile sağlanmaktadır.GENERAL EXPLANATION
This training set designed to be used in the practice of lessons; fluid mechanics, flow machinery, pumps-compressors. With this set, it is easy to comprehend basic concepts such as efficiency, specific speed, NPSH of centrifugal pumps, how pump performance curves are generated and interpreted.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The experimental setup consists of a tank, a piping system for water circulation and a small scale centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump is driven by an electric motor and the water is supplied to the pump by a flow control valve.
